There is a woman / man who looks like a ' TRANSGENDER ' close to Politics in the regions of Rose Hill/ Beau bassin/ Moka and he/she also keeps saying 'I make believe I will win'. [II] My reply : It is not a secret that I am currently awaiting judgement for an ICTA case , matters dating of the years 2011, following some serious allegations against me by HORSES/PRIVATE SCHOOLS/ POLICE / UOM ect..... and these had terrible consequences on my personal life.... I cannot say more for the time being And as I have been SAYING AND MAINTAINING, a HISTORICAL SEPTUPLE VICTORY is in VIEW for me. and I will be WITHOUT ANY PITY. [III] And as I maintain , the first thing I will do when I WIN is to write directly to the CYBERCRIME, CP, ODPP, MIE, PSEA, PRESS, RMP, and also to SEDEC/ICJM/DIOCESE.... and say ; LOOK I WON, now for the first time I name them... OB...OB...OB... (serious allegations against me by HORSES/PRIVATE SCHOOLS/ POLICE / UOM ect.....) I cannot say more for the time being. Ref Doc 230, 11 09 26 To HINDU COMMUNITY Mauritius Sanatan Dharma Temple Federation ( MSDTF) [I] I wish to ONCE AGAIN express my opinion on the matter.  Mauritius is a multicultural country whereby everyone has the right to practice the religion of his/her choice and All communities are bound to live in peace.We all have Creole GP/Muslim/Hindu neighbours. [II] .But when it comes to UNION, MARRIAGE under the law, from my experience on field , knowing their NATURE, I personally DISCOURAGE ANY HINDU man/woman to marry a Creole GP. As said within the walls of the Parliament, the Kreol Morisien Language DOES NOT BELONG TO ANY PARTICULAR COMMUNITY, but the mother tongue of all Mauritians.A Madras-Creole GP keep persisting 'it is not my subject 'PA-TO-SIZE' '. Everyone has the right to talk, write in Kreol Morisien.[III] . At the end of the day , IT IS NOT ME WHO WILL ORDER others with whom to marry or not but I strongly discourage any HINDU to marry a Creole GP. If they do, they should not then come to blame me when disaster strikes them.

Each I write about GANDIA, even in a general manner, neighbourhoods DODO/FLAMMANTS/SCAVENGERS of municipality of QB, const 18 , GANDIA LOVERS throw all sort of DIRT into my property / push/steal/damage and SCAVENGERS even do 'DIAB' infront of my door. Today 10 09 26 , itself a neighbour of DODO threw some 'mango leaves infront of my door'. We all know my problems with Sodnac Police as reported to the IPCC several times. That Police Station already have an antecedent of Violence against members of the Public and my complaints and fears are justified. Namely as said in the case CN 1187 / 19 INTERMEDIATE COURT CIVIL DIVISION , GERARD THIERRY MAUREL V RAMBURN & PERIANEN 2026 INT 126. [D] I am not against Freedom of Expression so I have no problem people talking about their LOVE of GANDIA but I am AGAINST any legalisation/ depenalisation /decriminalisation of GANDIA.[E] I was made aware of the RESEARCH done in SCHOOLS by the NADC on Synthetic DRUG , NOC, No objection Certificate granted by the Chief Technical Officer CTO , Ministry of Education and HR to collect data about synthetic drugs among minors in schools. I do not understand the link for this unethical research and Legalising GANDIA but I have no say on their decision. WORK and the CTO was informed of my opinion. We all take our responsibilities. [F] NOW I see that the NADC has prepared a Document , the outcome of their research about GANDIA. [G] BEFORE the NADC present their CONCLUSION to Public ;I wish to EXPRESS my total Disapproval for any legalise/ decriminalize/ depenalise Gandia. 2.Ref Doc 114, 20.04.26 To : Director of Public Prosecutions DPP : MMM bragging his daughter works "for/with ODPP" . Threats of violence and threats "to give orders to cut my Marks " and when voters cut their votes they do not understand what happened and why they did not get elected ?    Some influential lawyers brag that their "children" work with HORSE INDUSTRY"  Some brag that they are related to Electoral Office. Instead of working they brag.  I already WARNED hon members that beware their 60-0 becomes 0-60. Whoever is in Power does not make any difference for me. My daily war is the same. I have currently a grave problem with the Police and have been reporting to the (i) IPCC ref doc 101,15 04 26  (ii) hon members of both sides Ref doc 102 , 15 04 26 (iii) and also to the Human Rights Division Ref doc 103 , 16 04 26  , (iv) Ref Doc 104, 16 04 26 His Excellency, Mr. Dharambeer Gokhool, G.C.S.K  was also notified  , of the gravity of situations, namely persistent harassment from neighbourhoods  Dodo/Flammants/scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18. Its a psychological torture.  Despite several complaints to the CSU, and coming in person to the nearby Police Station of Sodnac to explain and report these neighbourhoods who hinder my tranquility and peace of mind,  tempering with my freedom to enjoy my beautiful property whereby I am sole owner, the Police tell me they have no records and do not know what is happening nor any actions "DEKLAR KOUYON". They just keep repeating they will "talk to them". As I reported to the IPCC/HRD/Hon members/ H.E. the Police is NOT EVEN TAKING MY STATEMENTS so what talking they will do. The Police is NOT DOING their jobs. As a recently said the Commissioner of Police Rampersad Sooroojbally Ref doc 110 , 17 04 26, every cent they earn should be For the Service of the Public. Let's hope the IPCC & HRD are doing their jobs to INVESTIGATE WHY THE POLICE  DO NOT TAKE MY STATEMENTS and why these Neighbourhoods dodo/flammants/ scavengers of Municipality of QB Const 18 persist to harass me/damage/throw/dirty/push etc....When I look what is happening in Mauritius (rise in cost of living, all benefits cut off, Police not doing their jobs, victim blaming , politics bragging instead of working , lacking humility, making threats to order to CUT Marks ,"pran dimounn pou bourik " )  ;  I understand the UK -US are very hesitant, reluctant to finalise the Chagos deal. Some would even label Mauritius as a corrupt country.  Infact my late Mother Kritya also suffered similar harassment, violence throughout her career, namely at Grand Bois college, whereby EACH time Muslims were coming to harass her and ask money. There was even an ARMED HOLD UP at SBM Grand Bois, shots fired, and the prisoners escaped and some famously shot dead. Eventually the College CLOSED DOWN, same as Stratford College, whereby in the end the owner even lost his building.
