As I await judgment for my ICTA CASE , I wanted to write a few words to the ODPP, BEFORE my HISTORICAL VICTORY. 2. I have No grudge against the ODPP. 3. As I await judgment , I recall how hard these 15 years have been 2011-2026 , 15 years of SLAVERY , and the Terrible consequences on my personal life.. kicked out of job 2011, violence again and again, brother, mother, no one helping us .. Discrimination and violence all along these 15 years; ranging from Mutual Aid, MIE, SICOM, financial sector, Education sector etc... even neighbourhoods dodo/flammant s/scavengers const 18, Because I have COURT case (icta) financial institutions won't take my application and MIE has the GUTS to make threats about 'EVIDENCE'. They REPEAT to me what COURT told their friends (HORSES/PRIVATE SCHOOL etc...) ' no evidence' and threats to FAIL me again.It seems everyone wants to put the BLAME of my COURT matters for everything happening but they do not use their brain what will happen when I WIN. They have Dr PhD, LLB but grey matter is missing. 4. There are No financial remedies for these injustices but I get back my titles. 5. Good law is INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY but here in Mauritius it is GUILTY until proven innocent. 6. I am patient, careful and will not REPEAT what they said in the cases nor what is in judgment. I have always strongly DENIED the charges. I will think thrice before writing and posting but for sure I will NOT REMAIN SILENT.
